Vice President of Operations
Regional Director of Operations
Brooke Donelson moved to Indianapolis, IN from Kansas City, MO where she continues her successful career as Regional Director of Operations at HomeRiver Group. Her highly experienced skills in the Multi-Family Housing Industry has stretched over 20 years with the ability to lead team members in a positive approach, managing day to day operations, and responsible for a large territory with great successes and is always pushing to exceed expectations. Throughout her career, Brooke Donelson demonstrates exceptional strength in all facets of property management, is known for her focus on details and development of exceptional operational procedures. Portfolios managed have included all property types, multi-family housing and single family housing; student, senior, new development & revitalization of neighborhoods & communities. In addition to management, Brooke has proven to be an exceptional “leader” and continues to enjoy a “hands on” approach when managing with her team, always striving for individual successes of her team members, as well as her owners & residents!
In her spare time, Brooke loves the outdoors; floating, camping, hiking and just exploring the world around her. She is the Momma of 2 grown boys and moved to Indy to start a few life with her fiance, Brian. Brooke has a passion for not just property management & operations but a true love for living life!
Bridget C. Lynch White
Director of Property Services
Bridget White’s career started in 1998 after returning abroad from Japan as a military spouse volunteering in the NCO Budgeting and Assistance office and worked as a manager for AFFES. She spent six months working in construction renovating historic properties before moving to PA, she quickly fell in love with selling Real Estate and the management of property. She earned the Real Estate Leadership award in 2001 and held the top sales agent position from 2001 to 2004, also volunteered for the Realtor Association as an Instructor for Risk and Security Techniques for Sales Agents and built the PM department from five properties to over 150+ rentable units with less than 5% vacancy rate in a little over six months. In 2005 she earned her managing broker’s license and became the Operations Director for PM Auctions and Real Estate and earned an Auctioneer’s license. In 2009 Bridget moved to Chicago IL, working as an independent contractor for gold standard companies to increase profit and reduce waste through building successful vendor based relationships for over 9000+ properties in over 25 states to include all of the Midwest, while also earning her Bachelor’s degree in 2014. In August 2019 she was offered the opportunity to move to Indianapolis IN and become the Director of Property Services for HRG Indianapolis. She could not pass up the opportunity to work with this growing A-List team. Her future looks bright with HRG, Bridget will be starting her path to earn her MBA from IWU in October 2020.
Business Development Manager
Richard is the Business Development Manager for the Indiana Market. He brings to Home River Group over 20 yrs of experience with investments and real estate. He is passionate about taking care of his clients and takes great pride in exceeding client expectations. He is a member of the Central Indiana Real Estate Investor Association and Indiana Real Estate Independent Brokers Association. Rich is a lifelong resident of central Indiana and achieved a Bachelors Degree in Education from Indiana State University in 1997. He is actively involved in his community volunteering with the National Kidney Foundation of Indiana, The American Heart Association and Boys and Girls Club of Boone County. He lives in Lebanon, IN with his wife and 2 dogs. He is an avid golfer. He also enjoys CrossFit, cooking, gardening and spending time with friends and family.
Property Manager -Indianapolis
Sharon Cediel is a lifelong Property Manager, offering world-class property management services to owners and tenants in the single-family & multifamily rental market. Previously she worked in excess of 15 years in the multi-family rental market, managing multiple large portfolios with a focus on customer service, negotiations through diplomacy, and filling occupancy while maintaining maintenance standards per local and municipal law. Chosen as an Ely Lilly recipient for Tippecanoe County, she graduated from Purdue University with a degree in Linguistics followed by graduate work completing the MA program requirements within one year. Her greatest passions in real estate revolve around the principles of stewardship for the owner and genuine care for all clients regardless of their position or need. She has been described as intense, focused, driven, honest, and able to achieve the unachievable. Her greatest goals in work are honesty and giving each day her best.
Property Manager -Fort Wayne
Traci graduated from Ball State University with a degree in Interior Design and a minor in Property Management. She then began working in multi-family then moved to single-family and has been there for the last 12 years. Over the years, Traci has excelled in resident retention, collections, and a high occupancy/low vacancy rate. Working with owners to build a positive and trusting relationship, helping residents find the perfect home where they are comfortable and happy, and marketing the properties are some of her favorite aspects of the Property Management field.
In her free time, she teaches a spin class 4 days a week and enjoys spending time with her husband, T.J., family and friends, and two pups!
Jessica came to HRG a year ago to expand on her mult-family property management experience by adding single-family property management to her list of accomplishments. Although newer to the property management field, Jessica strives to provide excellent customer service and professionalism with owners and tenants. Jessica excels in using critical thinking and problem solving when provided a difficult task.
Jessica is married to her husband, Nathan for 14 years and together they share two sons. In her free time, she enjoys playing music, spending time with family and tending to her small farm. She is passionate about her family and doing her part to try to make the world just a little bit better.
Assistant Property Manager
My name is Laura Orellana, I am an assistant property manager with HomeRiver Group. I have been in this position for 2 years. I have thoroughly enjoyed working with the team as well as the tenants and owners. One of my favorite things is the daily conversations with tenants to assist with any of the needs they may have with HomeRiver Group. I enjoy working with HomeRiver Group and learning the many aspects of the business.
I joined Andes Business Solution in 2018, to be part of HRG's team as the Indianapolis Leasing Coordinator in August 2018. In 2019 I started as a leasing agent for OH, and in 2020 for Indy.
Lead Maintenance Coordinator
I joined HomeRiver Group in August 2019 as the Lead Maintenance Coordinator for Indian/Ohio/Kentucky. Although I have worked in maintenance for 30+ years, I began my career in property management 7 years ago as the Maintenance Supervisor with Capital Properties and Panco Management in Washington, DC.
Now that I am back in the midwest, I enjoy spending time with my family, as well as time outdoors.

My name is Michael Adkins and I’m a Field Service Coordinator for Home River Group. I’ve been with the company for 5 years and in property services for 20 years. I excel at problem solving and enjoy dealing with the public.

I have been in Property Management for 32 years. Most of this time I worked in multi family, a short time with HOA's and now with our single family homes. I was born and raised in Ohio, moving to Indianapolis in 1988. I have two grown children and a 9 year old granddaughter who keeps me very busy. I love NFL football! I enjoy working for Home River Group and am happy with the position/responsibilities that my job entails.
