Regional Director of Operations
Brooke Donelson moved to Indianapolis, IN from Kansas City, MO where she continues her successful career as Regional Director of Operations at HomeRiver Group. Her highly experienced skills in the Multi-Family Housing Industry has stretched over 20 years with the ability to lead team members in a positive approach, managing day to day operations, and responsible for a large territory with great successes and is always pushing to exceed expectations. Throughout her career, Brooke Donelson demonstrates exceptional strength in all facets of property management, is known for her focus on details and development of exceptional operational procedures. Portfolios managed have included all property types, multi-family housing and single family housing; student, senior, new development & revitalization of neighborhoods & communities. In addition to management, Brooke has proven to be an exceptional “leader” and continues to enjoy a “hands on” approach when managing with her team, always striving for individual successes of her team members, as well as her owners & residents!
In her spare time, Brooke loves the outdoors; floating, camping, hiking and just exploring the world around her. She is the Momma of 2 grown boys and moved to Indy to start a few life with her fiance, Brian. Brooke has a passion for not just property management & operations but a true love for living life!
Business Development Manager
Rich is an award-winning sales professional with over 20 years of experience in investments and real estate. As the Business Development Manager for IN/OH/KY he combines that experience along with a consultative sales approach to find the best solution to meet his client’s needs. He believes that professional sales is a willingness to serve and takes great pride in exceeding his clients expectations.
Rich was born and raised in Central Indiana and received his Bachelor of Science degree from Indiana State University in 1997. He strongly believes in giving back and stays active in his community. Volunteering at the Boys and Girls Club of Indiana and the National Kidney Foundation of Indiana in addition to being involved with several local charities and sponsorships.
In his free time, he enjoys spending time with his family and friends. He especially enjoys spoiling his 4 grandchildren. His passions include cooking, playing golf and CrossFit. A large amount of his free time is spent educating himself on all things real estate related. Not only to be a great resource for his clients but to also build his own real estate investment portfolio.
Senior Property Manager -Indianapolis
Sharon Cediel is a lifelong Property Manager, offering world-class property management services to owners and tenants in the single-family & multifamily rental market. Previously she worked in excess of 15 years in the multi-family rental market, managing multiple large portfolios with a focus on customer service, negotiations through diplomacy, and filling occupancy while maintaining maintenance standards per local and municipal law. Chosen as an Ely Lilly recipient for Tippecanoe County, she graduated from Purdue University with a degree in Linguistics followed by graduate work completing the MA program requirements within one year. Her greatest passions in real estate revolve around the principles of stewardship for the owner and genuine care for all clients regardless of their position or need. She has been described as intense, focused, driven, honest, and able to achieve the unachievable. Her greatest goals in work are honesty and giving each day her best.
Property Manager -Fort Wayne
Traci graduated from Ball State University with a degree in Interior Design and a minor in Property Management. She then began working in multi-family then moved to single-family and has been there for the last 12 years. Over the years, Traci has excelled in resident retention, collections, and a high occupancy/low vacancy rate. Working with owners to build a positive and trusting relationship, helping residents find the perfect home where they are comfortable and happy, and marketing the properties are some of her favorite aspects of the Property Management field.
In her free time, she teaches a spin class 4 days a week and enjoys spending time with her husband, T.J., family and friends, and two pups!
Property Manager - Indianapolis and Ohio
Michelle comes to us from a background in multi-family housing, many years of business management and most recently, single-family housing. While new to the HRG Property Manager role, she brings a wealth of knowledge and experience in customer relations, resident retention and investment protection.
A compassionate and caring individual, she works hard to see your goals become reality.
In her free time she enjoys horseback riding, walking her dog and spending time with family.

I have been in Property Management for 32 years. Most of this time I worked in multi family, a short time with HOA's and now with our single family homes. I was born and raised in Ohio, moving to Indianapolis in 1988. I have two grown children and a 9 year old granddaughter who keeps me very busy. I love NFL football! I enjoy working for Home River Group and am happy with the position/responsibilities that my job entails.
Assistant Property Manager
Joshua Villarroel has proudly been an assistant property manager with HRG for over 12 months and assists with a portfolio of single family homes where he loves being able to help residents with their needs. Josh enjoys bringing a solution to any situation he encounters. He was raised in Virginia, loves spending time outdoors & spends his free time riding his motorcycle on and off road and hiking.
Property Manager Columbus, OH
Brenda graduated from Ohio University with a Bachelor's degree in Communications and South Suburban College with an Associates degree in Business Management . She joined HomeRiver Group in 2019 and is the Property Manager of the Columbus market and surrounding areas. She has many years of experience in property management in both multi- family and single- family rental properties. She is also a licensed realtor in the state of Ohio.

Ashley Stewart has been in property management for over a decade and joining HomeRiver has been the highlight of her career. She has been a committed management professional with robust experience in handling the executions of policies and procedures, budgeting, and implementing new strategies to contribute to the overall growth of business. Her passion is to provide the best service she can for both owners and tenants. She loves working with a company that uplifts, supports, and “gets things done” as a team. In her spare time she enjoys the great outdoors with her family: exploring nature, eating delicious food, and listening to good music.
Maintenance Technician -Fort Wayne
James Nabor Peña
My name is James Nabor Peña, I am Maintenance Coordinator with HomeRiver Group for Ohio, Indiana and Kentucky states.
I am a highly trained person in Soft Skills and very experienced in customer service and I enjoy using my skills and help people to solve their problems.
I studied in UMSS in Cochabamba Bolivia and got multiple certifications from Samsung and Huawei Technical and Customer Services Divisions
Grazvydas Supronas has been a Maintenance-Technician in Property Maintenance for over 17years and joining HomeRiver has been the highlight of his career. Grazvydas has a lot of experience working with property owners & residents alike, he has his HVAC Technician Certification and Carpenter diploma degree. He loves working with a company like HRG, where he has a team that is encouraging and collaborative. In his free time, he enjoys listening to good music, traveling and taking a drive anytime posibile.
Ernesto is HRG's Maintenance Coordinator in Indiana, Ohio & Kentucky.
Ernesto received a Marketing degree in Argentina, with experience in Marketing strategy development and institutional campaigns.
In his free time, Ernesto has become a human rights activist, and loves to co-work as a volunteer with young women, LGBT and persons with disability institutions.
Leigh has been proudly working as a maintenance coordinator in HRG for 12 months now. She never allows a repair to go unaddressed. Her goal is to resolve maintenance issues with urgency and care. Leigh enjoys collecting stickers and writing in her journal during her free time.
